David Silver Quote : <\/strong><\/p>\n \nThis improvement shows commitment by the community to make Heron Bay \u201clook like it’s the best place to live in.<\/strong>\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Heron Bay, one of the largest communities in Broward County held their groundbreaking ceremony for a new front entrance water feature, and along with it, comes many new improvements to the 3,100 home community.<\/p>\n On Monday morning, the board of directors along with Castle Management held the groundbreaking of the redesign of the south entrance water feature which has existed since the creation of Heron Bay 18 years ago.<\/span><\/p>\n According to David Silver, Vice-President of Heron Bay\u2019s Homeowner\u2019s Association, this improvement shows commitment by the community to make Heron Bay \u201clook like it\u2019s the best place to live in.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n He said that the board has granted the residents their wishes of modernizing Heron Bay to bring them the amenities that newer communities already have at a lower cost per average than others.<\/span><\/p>\n
